An awesome senior lawyer (5+ PQE) who is loved by clients who wants part-time work (3 days/week)
Top tier law firm experience
Secondment or in-house experience
Experience in media/entertainment/technology
Experience in corporate/M&A/PE/funds/banking
Experience in general commercial matters
Good technical skills, including strong contract drafting and communication skills
